CHANGES IN OUR PRACTICE REGARDING COVID-19

As a valued patient we wanted to let you know about some changes we've implemented when you next book and attend your appointment. The changes have been made as a result of the Government's guidance on coronavirus (COVID-19) and are designed with your safety in mind.

Booking Appointments

To ensure we can adhere to social distancing rules, we will only see patients who have booked an appointment in advance. You can book an appointment by calling 01724 843528.

In order to aid social distancing, we ask you attend your appointment alone, unless it is not possible for you to do so. If you need someone to accompany you, please let us know when you book.

Coming into the Practice

When you come into our Practice for your appointment, we will need you to:

• Wear a face covering at all times while in the practice. [These will be provided if you do not have a mask].
• Sanitise your hands on arrival.
• Follow the social distancing rules set out in the Practice.
